I like having this as an option to regular voicemail. The only downfall I can find is when you have someone that speaks really fast, has a lisp or stutters it makes up what it doesn't understand. It also can't catch sarcasm in a voice and interpret it. So on occasion things could get blown out of proportion or taken out of context. Lesson learned? Read it and then always listen to it as well!

Unusable since recent updates. Just crashes constantly, on top of putting what used to be free features (and are accessibility features, so it's clear how the disabled are being charged to get a usable version of the app) behind a paywall. Even if I were inclined to pay a subscription fee for this app, I couldnt because the thing doesnt work! Used to be such a great app. What a waste.
