It won't set up on my mobile.. throws me up an error and a code and tells me to try again later.. wish you guys could send me a reason why it doesn't work because I love the visual voicemail and need it back.. give a 5 star if you can help me. I can't do without it and hope I don't have to. Well when I click on "Tell Us More" it won't allow me to. So this thing doesn't work. I'm deleting your app. Your no help either because you've not reached out to help in any way. Deleting. Do not download.

T Mobile has 3 apps, ive tried all 3, and none of them works...won't authenticate...customer service and tech support say no problem anywhere! I've spent hours on phone with them or trying to fix myself. Been going on for weeks. I'm missing personal and business calls because of no app icon notifications...neither with voice mail with phone. Tmobile can't fix their own stuff??!! Infuriating and unbelievable. Verizon reviews are awful for customer service, so going to Consumer Cellular.
