2025-01-14 | I like having this as an option to regular voicemail. The only downfall I can find is when you have someone that speaks really fast, has a lisp or stutters it makes up what it doesn't understand. It also can't catch sarcasm in a voice and interpret it. So on occasion things could get blown out of proportion or taken out of context. Lesson learned? Read it and then always listen to it as well!
2024-12-27 | T-Mobile replaced visual voicemail by metro and cut the features in half. It was a great asset to be able to lock voicemails so they didn't get deleted unless I really wanted to so I could go back to them in the future T-Mobile doesn't allow that T mobile's play feature and speaker button are hard to work and I can't Switch voicemails just by swiping the same one I was on keeps playing until I Stop it and swipe back-and-forth to get to the next 1 very difficult to flip through a lot of voicemail
2024-11-19 | EDIT3: refresh fail. had to uninstall then reinstall. ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฝ๐EDIT2: Volume too low to listen within this app. You must save to AMR file then playback with another app. ๐ฃ๐EDIT: ๐ซThe list of voice message does not give the time of day. Multiple message same day cannot pick which open based upon time of day. ๐ฅบDon't like the design and it's missing a setting for Dark Mode or reduce brightness. Gives users ability to set a darker theme.๐๐
2024-11-01 | It won't refresh my voicemails since August 2024 (It's now November 2024). And on top of that (like everyone has mentioned), I was wondering why my messages were no longer being transcribed like they have for years, only to find out it now has an added fee. ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ I'm already paying extra for scam shield premium and they've taken away one of the main reasons I pay for scam shield premium! ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ๐ฎโ๐จ
2024-10-23 | The audacity Metro has by charging $2/month for a very useful feature Google has FOR FREE is super upsetting. Do better. I would just ignore this aggravation but the fact that they FORCE YOU to use their voicemail app and disable other, better voicemail options TICKS ME OFF!!! Go ahead and charge your $2 a month to those who can justify that. I would think more highly of my phone carrier if they gave you freedom to use Google's native Voicemail app or any other services but nooooo, you can't!!
2024-10-17 | Been with Metro 13 yrs and this is first time things have gone south. Can no longer get "visual" vm as long time customer, it now has extra fee to get visual, locking vm is no longer an option either. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN TMOBILE FOR WHAT CHANGES THEY HAVE BEEN MAKING, NOT GOOD ONES! Those 2 services (scamshield+voice to text) came with my service FOR FREE, so either you owe me services or you owe me a monthly $2+$2 discount for these services not rendured!!! YOUR RIPPING US OFF! 13 F'N YEARS!
2024-10-08 | Unusable since recent updates. Just crashes constantly, on top of putting what used to be free features (and are accessibility features, so it's clear how the disabled are being charged to get a usable version of the app) behind a paywall. Even if I were inclined to pay a subscription fee for this app, I couldnt because the thing doesnt work! Used to be such a great app. What a waste.
2024-09-21 | It no longer works. I've been a customer for 10 yrs, and I can not get this or scam shield ($2 a month extra I pay), high speed data, or other features to work properly. DO NOT reply to please contact us, because I've made 3 trips to your local store in the last week. Avoid this company at all costs. I can no longer get a new "discounted" phone upgrade unless I pay $5 to "change" my service for the exact same thing I get now. Any class action lawyers reading? After 10 years, I've had enough.
2024-09-20 | Current Metro customer. The old Voicemail app was so much better before this TMO garbage was forced on us. With the old app you could "lock" a message to save/prevent it from being deleted. And their was a "Trash" feature where you could go and still look/retrieve messages within 30 days of deletion if needed. Now if you delete a message accidentally or by mistake on this app, it's gone forever in an instant.
2024-09-09 | Extremely unreliable. Even after rebooting, clearing cache, and turning off WiFi, the app often fails to refresh. As of now, it stopped working after the last update. Pretty worthless at the moment. If it remains useless, the rating will be dropped to one star. |
