Voicmails don't load. notifications don't show. tou have to send a "refresh request " to load missing messages... ridiculous app and process. Interface is basic. Easier (yet annoyingly inconvenient) to call your vmail on your phone directly to receive messages. utter disappointment. we do NOT need visual voice-mail. Bring back the traditional process.

I've had multiple accounts for over 10 years, not paying another month, changing services because they offered a "promotion" to add a line for $12.50 first month and then hours later took another unauthorized full month payment out of my bank account and instead of refunding it, they told me that's just the way the system works and can't return the extra payment they took, and told me to deal with it!! I'm GONNA deal with it, trust me! Thieves, STAY AWAY!
