Been trying to log in since end Jan until today just keep directing me back to the log in screen! Tried using laptop to log on with password and verification code and what I got us "LOG OFF SUCCESSFUL"????? The only bank I had so many issues with, get late finance charge whereas I made payment on time and chat with the agent saying it was an error, and this error wasn't auto correct until I notice it after 2 weeks :) ya all better be careful with the finance charges
