2025-02-04 | Been trying to log in since end Jan until today just keep directing me back to the log in screen! Tried using laptop to log on with password and verification code and what I got us "LOG OFF SUCCESSFUL"????? The only bank I had so many issues with, get late finance charge whereas I made payment on time and chat with the agent saying it was an error, and this error wasn't auto correct until I notice it after 2 weeks :) ya all better be careful with the finance charges | ||

I had detect a fraud transaction, I want to raise a dispute on the app. But there isn't this function, I waste 5-10mins of my time call the call center. The operator told me that HSBC practice is to mail me a dispute letter, fill in the form and send back to them. What era is HSBC in? Fraud transactions are so common nowadays, and you expect the customer to go through all the Hussle. Even worse is I never received the letter and my card is not replaced. -_- | ||
2024-12-12 | The rewards redemption DOES NOT WORK. Redeemed a Golden Village e-gift card but could not get to reveal the card details (which you need to use it) because of a processing error. Tried to get support from both GV and HSBC but they were both very unhelpful (HSBC couldn't even get through their automated voice line when I called. Absolute rubbish customer support). Wasted my points. What a scam. On customer support, the entire thing is run by bots so good luck to get any help with your issues | ||
