The worst banking app & website. When I first opened my account a few years ago, I was promised changes (so I didn't leave when I opened it). Not only did they not make any changes, they took away brick& mortar locations. How does a bank not have real time transactions? You can only see pending items not in process items. Bill pay is a joke. It does not show you history of payments to a payee nor can you edit payees w/o creating a new one . ATM cards don't work everywhere. Find a different bank

Awful security. By forcing us to make up more than one unique password (each of which having impossible to remember features such as lowercase letters, uppercase letters and numbers) - both a password and a device code, we have no choice but to write it down. Password managers are tough, because one of those passcodes is just for the mobile device. It's overboard security to the detriment of security.
