Worst credit union! Every single time I've tried to talk to anyone there I get hung up on or disconnected! I've been on the phone for almost 2 fricking hours trying to get my account unlocked all because I changed my password once. I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND HOW A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OPERATES LIKE CU WEST & KEEPS THEIR DOORS OPEN!! I've only seen one half way friendly employee at cu west. Day 4 and still locked out. Reset username and password successfully hit the enter button and it errored. WTH

App is usless! Always errors. Doesn't know anything about my loan. Won't let me pay my loan on the app and when I go to add an outside bank source it errors. Trash. Always have to call in to make my payments
