I don't understand why they had to create an entirely new app for online banking. The new app changed my login information without my knowledge, and now I'm locked out of the account for failing to login only 3 times 🫤 (all I had to do was stop and read to see that they changed my password, but come on. was a new app and different login information actually necessary?)
