This app is shockingly bad. We need to be able to activate and deactivate the alarm from remote to let in traders and more often than not it just doesn't connect. Lots of comments complaining about the same thing and no one doing anything about it.

The App is useless. It rarely connects to my alarm. It can take 5+ attempts to connect to my alarm. More often than not, it will not connect at all. The App is a complete waste of money. There are numerous similar 'one star' reviews on here with the same problem, BUT the App developers appear unable to correct the problem.
