Total Connect 2.0 is a powerful remote service app designed to give you full control of your Resideo or Honeywell Home security system and compatible smart devices from anywhere. Manage your home or business security effortlessly by arming or disarming the system, viewing high-quality live and recorded video, and remotely answering the door to greet visitors.

Beyond security functions, Total Connect 2.0 lets you adjust smart home settings such as unlocking or locking doors, turning lights on or off, adjusting thermostats, and opening or closing garage doors. The app supports customizable smart scenes and automated routines — for example, setting an exit routine that locks doors and adjusts the temperature, or a bedtime routine that arms the alarm and turns on outdoor lights. Additional features include geofencing reminders, intelligent detection zones for smart cameras, voice control, secure fingerprint or face ID login, and push notifications. A subscription to Total Connect 2.0 Remote Services and a compatible Resideo or Honeywell Home system are required.

For simple things like setting alarm or raising the garage door. Easy. However, unable to set thermostat. I have to raise or lower it one degree at a time. Then wait a couple or 5 seconds before I can get it to desired temp. Before it was changed we could set both heat to one ° and ac to an other ° . Please, Can you bring back that option. Thanks

The app lacks stability. There are often connection problems even with 5 bars of Verizon service. Arming and disarming sometimes takes forever. The voice control feature is good, but the arm/disarm process sometimes takes forever. Sometimes I need to close and reopen the app to get an accurate status reading. When disarming I find sometimes it doesn't show disarmed, but if I close and reopen the app it does. It often logs me off the app while in the process of arming or disarming. Very bad.
