| 2025-01-28 |  |  | This app is shockingly bad. We need to be able to activate and deactivate the alarm from remote to let in traders and more often than not it just doesn't connect. Lots of comments complaining about the same thing and no one doing anything about it. |
| 2024-12-09 |  | | The App is useless. It rarely connects to my alarm. It can take 5+ attempts to connect to my alarm. More often than not, it will not connect at all. The App is a complete waste of money. There are numerous similar 'one star' reviews on here with the same problem, BUT the App developers appear unable to correct the problem. |
| 2024-12-08 |  | | Stopped getting notifications months ago, have cleared the cache on my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but am still not getting notifications. This really needs to be sorted out as I would like to know if my house has been broken into if I'm not home |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | I lost notifications to my phone on the older ControlPlus App and I was advised to install this new ControlPlus2 App and everything seems to be working fine now and I get the notifications very quickly. |
| 2024-10-29 |  | | I had a similar problem to some about no notifications coming through. But sorted it now. Went into App info. Then cleared the cache and storage. Uninstalled and then re-installed. Filled in all my details which I had made a note of previously. Then checked that all notifications were allowed. It then works! |

| 2024-10-15 |  | | Hardly ever connects, so the app is pretty useless for me. It always takes more than 10 attempts so I usually give up. I then have to set my alarm via the panel or remote instead. |

| 2024-06-13 |  | | Can't fault this app. It's responsive and quick to use the main features. E.g. it takes 2 taps and all of 5 seconds to disarm my alarm system. Push notifications seem to be reliable too. |
