Impossible to obtain invoices! None show in the app. I follow the chat bot instructions and it says my customer number is invalid when it isn't! Only works when I leave off a digit. It also does load properly on desktop despite. Email app support are useless and say they can't help. I'm legally entitled to my invoices for my purchases. Please hire a UX designer. Typically German unnecessarily complicated process

"app no longer compatible with your device.." I'm just about to go on a trip back home to Berlin, wanting to check on left over tickets from my last trip and load up some more for when I arrive at the airport, just to find out this app doesn't work with my phone (Huawei p20 lite android 9) anymore and there is no alternative available. What a bummer!!
