If you are looking for an app that will notify you when your power goes off for 30 seconds, then notifies you again when the power comes back on, then sends you a survey asking how the app works., but is utterly useless when a tropical storm moves through the area and your power has been out for over 7 hours and the app will barely load or get updates, outage maps don't work ..then you found the right app. I really need to look at why entergy is the only power company allowed to operate here.

Scott A, 2024-07-08The app works really well but I don't like the idea where I have to sign in every single time even if I close the app out and reopen it I have to sign back in when using the same device all the time. I hope they can fix that to where we don't have to sign in every single time where we open the app because we can't get to see the outage or make a payment in time when we're trying to be in a hurry. I think the sign in security thing needs to be optional or a quick code or face recognition.
