They are horrible they rob people stuff gets taken off of your car that you don't take off then they want you to verify your account after you've had it verified for over a year they email you calling you someone else's name then they also send you an email of the things that you can send in to verify your account and when you send it in it's not acceptable they've done this to me I don't know how many times with both my paychecks being on their this time that I can't get to

Mobile check capture (via 3rd party) is too hit or miss, it hates my work's checks and returns a generic error then prohibits them from being resubmitted. Kind of hard to keep my money together this way. Fingerprint function never works, been this way for years.
