great application and basic for the perfect example of checking the use of the card you use or have sent to you in assurance to be activated in the mobile web. Classic NetSpend in the past has given me some problems I did the same thing on the cards to verify my identity only to get to the last part of the app and it deliberately hangs up on me talking to a live customer service representing me and have to start all back over again.

Always great and professional service over the phone, very secured through security on my account for all access. Very quick and efficient service 24/7, highly recommend for anyone to have direct deposits as they arrive 2 days early. Having a $200 overdraft amount is very helpful as well and the interest rates are unbeatable compared to other companies. I've had NetSpend for over 10 years and will continue to have their service as it's superior over most competing apps
