2024-12-25 | They are horrible they rob people stuff gets taken off of your car that you don't take off then they want you to verify your account after you've had it verified for over a year they email you calling you someone else's name then they also send you an email of the things that you can send in to verify your account and when you send it in it's not acceptable they've done this to me I don't know how many times with both my paychecks being on their this time that I can't get to | ||

2024-12-13 | Mobile check capture (via 3rd party) is too hit or miss, it hates my work's checks and returns a generic error then prohibits them from being resubmitted. Kind of hard to keep my money together this way. Fingerprint function never works, been this way for years. | ||

2024-10-16 | I've had this card for 2 years had no issues unless you opt in to overdraft. They do anything and everything to make sure they get those 30 dollar fees. They'll only approve small amounts for overdrafts then charge 30 dollars for them, though you have 24 hrs to pay the overdraft to have the fee removed, they'll hold your funds until the fees applied so they make sure to get that money. Just switched my direct deposit elsewhere so they can't steal anymore of my money! There's better options! | ||

2023-07-28 | Used to love this banking service. Currently use them for my direct deposit now. As a bank, straight forward, no hidden fees. Awesome. No issues with that side. But as of recently the app won't load to the login screen even after a reinstall. I now am forced to use the web interface for balance inquiries. The app was GOOD too. Had biometric log in support, at one time they had the available balance viewable from the login screen on a little slider. Not anymore. Nothing works. Bout to switch bank |
