Why is this app so bad? Fingerprint and pin options don't work at all, it does not save my login info, and it sends my phone a text with every single login. Seriously? A financial institution couldn't afford a decent application developer? Don't waste your time with this app. Out of all 9 financial apps, this is the only one that does not work as it should. Do better.

It was a 5 start app. Now, it makes me re-enroll frequently and no longer lets me use my fingerprint to log in. I've reached out twice to the bank's customer service. One person had no idea what to do and suggested redownloading the app. The second sent an email response saying that they would follow up soon, and that was 2 months ago. Love the bank, but I am starting to seriously disklike the app.
