Explain to me, after using this app for years, I cannot use it. I am constantly receiving a message to update the app but there are no updates available. I have uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times with the same end result. My phone (a Samsung) is up to date. As of this moment, the app gets a single star. Once I can use the app again, I will repost a review.

I have tried several times to download and reinstall this app, which appears to have been successful. But when I open the app, it tells me that it needs to be updated and then displays "Downloading Updates", but never goes any further. The only reason I give it one star is because zero isn't an option.
