2025-01-10 | Why is this app so bad? Fingerprint and pin options don't work at all, it does not save my login info, and it sends my phone a text with every single login. Seriously? A financial institution couldn't afford a decent application developer? Don't waste your time with this app. Out of all 9 financial apps, this is the only one that does not work as it should. 2024-07-01 | Zelle is not working on this app. It keeps saying my request can not be processed at this time despite everything being correct. It rarely lets me scan my fingerprint to sign in, always wants my password. Compared to other banking apps, this one is in the stone age. | ||

One person had no idea what to do and suggested redownloading the app. The second sent an email response saying that they would follow up soon, and that was 2 months ago. Love the bank, but I am starting to seriously disklike the app. | ||
2024-01-05 | OK I reinstalled the app and it worked for 1 day. It is back to not working. Says I need to authenticate with every single login and clears all my information and I have to enter my username, enter my password, wait for a text message, enter the text code in the app, re-register my phone number even though they literally had just texted it, skip the prompt for additional app features, then I can finally see my balance. What a NIGHTMARE. | ||

2023-11-03 | This app is garbage. It used to work great, and about a year ago, they created a new app, this current version. It makes you enroll your phone in mobile banking about every two or three weeks. You save your information and set up fingerprints, and then about three weeks later, it makes you manually put in your ID and password, and re-enroll in mobile banking. I called for support and they said they didn't see any problems on their end. I've been a customer since 2006. I'm closing my account. | ||
2023-08-30 | Nope, the app is still not working properly. I had to delete and download the app and will not save my info only for about maybe a week and them have to sign all the way back in and register. I wished it worked as well as my USAA app. I had it for years and never had to re register and sign on. Did previously give you 2 stars but were down grading. | ||

2023-05-07 | This is one of the worst banking apps I've ever used. Fingerprint scanner quits working after a few days, so I have to manually enter my password every time. Then it'll forget my user ID after another few days and I have to reenter that. Only way I have found to fix it is uninstall and reinstall the app and start over and it'll work right for a few days and then the fingerprint scanner will stop working again. I've opened an account with another bank that has a way better app because of this. | ||
