This banking app is the worst! I can't use the app's authentication feature to activate my account on the app. I've reported this issue to their support more than 4 times and sent numerous emails, but there's been no solution. I might just close my account and switch to a different bank.

It's not a logic app. After filling all of which is not necessary in my opinion to open a simple bank account, they continue asking for extra documents. I clearly indicate that I don't have ghana ID but it insist. About the assistant no comments but not because it's good.
