I can't use the app's authentication feature to activate my account on the app. I've reported this issue to their support more than 4 times and sent numerous emails, but there's been no solution. I might just close my account and switch to a different bank. |

Please let me know if I have downloaded the wrong app or you guys should just help me fix this problem. It is very frustrating to go through the whole process of waiting for the app to respond or mistakenly clicking on close app when you are almost done with a transaction. |

This is very perfect from the front end but terrible from the inside. 1. There is no to transfer to another local absa account. 2. No option available to store and easily select transfer recipients' accounts details. |
