I got this app immediately after I opened my account around August 2024. It's quite fast in response and does not buffer and easy to use. I, however, would like the ability to change my login username. Also, if I can get rid of the pop-up notification about logging in with my bio data(fingerprint), it would be 100% efficient for me.

I can't even login, tried like almost everything, but all in vain. I think I just have to leave this bank and shift to another one better becos you don't even reply to my emails...
