Poor app usability, rented my car a few times and got charged with unjustified deductions, requested explanations, but customer service never got back to me.

Very bad platform, the renter cancelled my reservation 2 days before without giving any explanation and it takes minimum 7 days to get a refund?!?! Cars are maybe cheaper but not reliable at all
