The app allows you to make a quick rent with a payment, and then it can be cancelled by the owner. You lose time waiting for the refund and meanwhile you can not use the app. The customer service is by mail.. and you can wait long time. I do not advise this app at all.

It could be a great app but, Like so many apps - there is NO LIVE HELP when you have a question or a problem! We spent over an hour trying to get the app to approve the 2nd driver ID. It is terrible that you have zero live customer service - zero ways to contact anyone for help.
