Absolutely useless, unable to use the app since the 2 step authentication process added, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I am seriously thinking of dumping them as my electricity and gas supplier, as they have made it difficult to access your account details if you don't have 2 devices at you disposal. There are plenty of apps out there that have a 2 step process that work and don't require you to have 2 devices to access them

Yeh terrible app, Each time you log in to your Account they ask you to enter a code. This code will be sent to the email address that’s registered to your account. This doesn't work,because i have to go into my apps then into my emails and remember the code then go back to the area in energy app but most of the time the page resets and goes back to the start,it not work, they are more concerned with safety than the actual functionality of the app for the actual person trying to use it. Fix this
