I cannot access one of my accounts in the app. Can't use screenshot so had to take a photo of the screen to show Engie support the problem. Every time I raise a support enquiry I get the same generic response to use the app to access my account and the enquiry is closed. I've called Engie and operator on the phone told me it's all fine because my account is billable. Do not recommend Engie as energy provider.
