Found the basic nature of the app a positive one, no fuss easy to manage the account ni complexity

Biometrics recognition stopped working. I would appreciate a quicker response from the app in showing accounts balances. Sometimes it takes a while to log in. An updated UI and UX would be great as well the addition of a 2FA system will make me feel a lot safer. Other banks are offering a series of advanced feature for budgeting and tracking expenses which I would love Unibank to offer. Accessing account number is daunting and cannot easily be done within the app. Please make it better.
