I have had nothing but problems with this bank. A direct deposit from the UNITED States treasury vanished and customer service could not answer a single question just kept saying "we can confirm no deposit was made to your account" but would never address why it was not deposited when I had documentation from the treasury indicating they had initiated a direct deposit. Then I reported fraud on a different incident providing documentation where the vendor issued a refund and this bank denies it.

lera, 2025-01-31So far, I have been very happy with the online app. I was very cautious about an online only bank and remain a little nervous about money transfers , but I haven't had a problem yet. The app itself is very easy to negotiate and support is very responsive.
