| 2023-09-03 |  | | Biometrics recognition stopped working. I would appreciate a quicker response from the app in showing accounts balances. Sometimes it takes a while to log in. An updated UI and UX would be great as well the addition of a 2FA system will make me feel a lot safer. Other banks are offering a series of advanced feature for budgeting and tracking expenses which I would love Unibank to offer. Accessing account number is daunting and cannot easily be done within the app. Please make it better. |

This doesn't represents a UNIBank. It's like primary school bank app. Where is the option to open multiple accounts. Unfortunately due to my mortgage I had to open this bank account and therefore I need to manage budgets and multiple accounts, but I cannot see that option anywhere. |
