And to top it off, the app tells me the price isn't attractive to drivers... like I'm supposed to negotiate? Not what I signed up for. |

In jamaica, this application has become the main source of transportation, but the drivers are being paid little to nothing most times, and the passengers abuse the terms and conditions. The drivers lose a lot in general. I think there should be a minimum price range for ride requests. Please fix this problem. |

Bring the option of non can cabs again. Now Uber provides better fair then u even after including the ac charges. I have seen people using Uber more on my location. |

He was not picking up my phone not reply my massage. I was in emergency and face such situation. I don't know what kind of service Indrive provide. I don't think Indrive take any action against the driver. |

They bargain after taking bookings and most of the time I ended up cancelling the ride because the driver does not agree to terms mentioned on the app. Most of the cabs do not have fastag so they ask double the toll charges so as to be able to pay in cash at the booth. Lot of time wasted. |
