I am a driver from the country of jamaica, and I have been using this application for years now. Overall, it is a good app, but it needs to be adjusted for different countries . In jamaica, this application has become the main source of transportation, but the drivers are being paid little to nothing most times, and the passengers abuse the terms and conditions. The drivers lose a lot in general. I think there should be a minimum price range for ride requests. Please fix this problem.

I've had a really disappointing experience with Indrive. Drivers rarely accept my requests, and when they do, they quote outrageous prices (think PKR 200 trips for PKR 3000!). And to top it off, the app tells me the price isn't attractive to drivers... like I'm supposed to negotiate? Not what I signed up for.
