Silk loan would have been the best loaning app but the last encounter I had with two of their agents damaged their reputation. An agent was calling my contact on the due date by 2pm and was even threatening the person like he took a loan from them or I have absconded with their money. Another was telling me I have to pay a day before the due date on the app and she was so rude even though I knew she was wrong. Agents have to be courteous and follow the rules.

The app offers you the option of stating the amount you want. They make it seem like that is all there is. However, after you have put in every piece of information, you are given peanuts compared to what they let you pick initially. And then they forcefully send you the money even if you didn't accept. I won't pay back what I didn't accept. The money can practically do nothing for what I requested. Also, the payback time is too close.
