Bank e-statement missing. Take your money else where. Anyone else facing the same issue just lodge a complain to MAS. Bank don't allow consumers to access their own account summary.

Facing similar problems as mentioned in other reviews. However, it doesn't seem like Maybank is taking any actions to improve the user experience. Other banks are doing infinitely better on their apps, even GXS or Trust. If the intent is to get users to use their app, then please take our feedback seriously and make the improvements needed. Otherwise, I will be cancelling the card.
