It's an acceptable app. Finding podcasts is easy and I like the lack of commenting function. However, playback is very buggy. Podcasts take a long time to load & start playing. You often have to repeatedly click on them to get them to work between "Waiting for audio" loading screens and crashing out to the homepage. When clicking on a podcast channel, it seems to try to populate every single episode by that channel. This means that pods with tons of episodes take FOREVER to show up.

Justin Barnard, 2024-12-14After at least 3 weeks of the app not loading, it's working again. I enjoy this app. It's intuitive and easy to use. The preferences are useful. One change from the last few months that I'm not fond of is how the subscriptions are sorted. They used to be based on when you added them, but now they change and I haven't quite figured out the new sort order. Maybe by when the last new podcast was released? It takes longer to find the one I'm looking for because it's in a different order each time.
