2024-12-15	Tiffany Alexander	Constantly unable to log in. Have had to call bank several times to reset. Also have had to delete and reinstall app to be able to log in. Mobile deposits also take a minimum of three attempts to process. Very unnecessary & time consuming. Also the site doesn't work to sign up for paperless statements so they can charge $4 a month to send them through the mail. Cannot even resolve that issue when I spoke with the bank directly. Also issues depositing cash, Filling disputes another annoyance.
2024-12-10	Michael Austin	As a happy CFCU member for over 30 years, I can honestly say I love banking with Coastal through this app! I haven't been in one of their banks for anything other than closing on a loan since using this app, so that would make it for over 7 years now. The app started out slow, but safe and secure! Each time I made a request, like adding Google Pay, or making it easier to deposit checks, they came through with all our requests! I love my Bank/Credit Union and I love their app! 5 STARS!!
2024-09-22	Denny Cole	They changed this app. It's terrible compared with the version just a month ago. You cannot tell where information goes on a line while adding a biller. I clicked on the word 'address' many times and started over many times,the finally touchdd the blank space at the right. Ever hear of a cursor? When you are on the final button to pay a bill, the top of the screen stays covered. You dont know if you selected the correct one. What a mess. The old one was perfect. This one is garbage.
2024-08-13	Christina Black	I mainly use this app to deposit checks. It works properly for me on my android Galaxy S6 phone. I haven't had any problems, and it's easy to use. Very handy app! Edit: I changed this review from 5 stars to one because I can't use the app at all now for the past few weeks; it keeps saying, 'An error occurred; please try again or call (phone number) for assistance.' I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that didn't solve the problem. Edit: I got a new phone and the app works great! 5 stars!
2023-11-01	Kelsey Woods	Update: Thank you for responding Coastal. That actually helped. And now that I can see the content, i definitely see that much needed changes were.made to the app. It's.much more user friendly now. Because of this I've increased my rating to a 4. I had had a decent experience with the app for the last several years, although not user friendly. Now with the new update, I can log in but it just constantly tries to load and I can't do anything with my account. Not even see it.
2023-10-31	Kyle Clifton	Update caused accounts to never load; fixed by reinstalling the app. Don't appreciate the removal of the "Spending" feature ; unless it's hidden somewhere. Why make budgeting harder? On that note, previous version had a default view for checking accounts that showed all transactions for the current month on one page. Now there are extra steps; you have to manually choose the dates you want, and then navigate multiple pages to see everything. First world problems, but why make this harder?
2023-10-18	Glen Smith	Need to do more testing. Don't install the update! I got the sales pitch of how much better the new app is, balances on the home page, faster screen changes! Once the sales pitch was complete, I got the spinning ouroboros of waiting. Close app, try reopening - nope. Restarted phone - nope. I guess I didn't need to do any banking on my phone after all. Edit to add - uninstalled app, then reinstalled. Seems to be working now. Will use for a while before further updates.
2023-05-29	Brandon K	Worst app I've ever used, its the same on iOS and Android. Website is just as terrible. I would have preferred them just declining my car loan instead of sticking me with this garbage. When you make any payment you get either "payment failed" or nothing, its like the page refreshed and erased everything you entered with no indication anything processed. Both times your payment actually went through. I've logged in so many times the next day and had to cancel a duplicate payment.
2022-11-04	Noah Anderson	This is a very basic and outdated banking app. The features are pretty useless and the app itself hardly responds. No matter what my connection is it always takes forever to login and be able to see my account. The features feel repetitive as in some buttons do the same thing. I also feel like there should be more useful tools. Instead of a tap to save that lets you put away a single dollar why not allow for the setup of a rainy day fund? Or like my old bank would round up every purchase I made
2022-09-22	Taylor Sanderson (Volatar)	Mobile check deposit is totally screwed up on my Pixel 4a. Taking a picture of the front worked fine, but when I tried to take a picture of the back it would only use my wide angle lens, AND turned the whole thing sideways, squishing the image in one dimension and majorly stretching it in another. This was a nightmare to line up, since moving left meant up and up meant right and so on. It looks like the image came out normal, except for the using my wide angle lens part, which might ruin it all
