Constantly unable to log in. Have had to call bank several times to reset. Also have had to delete and reinstall app to be able to log in. Mobile deposits also take a minimum of three attempts to process. Very unnecessary & time consuming. Also the site doesn't work to sign up for paperless statements so they can charge $4 a month to send them through the mail. Cannot even resolve that issue when I spoke with the bank directly. Also issues depositing cash, Filling disputes another annoyance.

As a happy CFCU member for over 30 years, I can honestly say I love banking with Coastal through this app! I haven't been in one of their banks for anything other than closing on a loan since using this app, so that would make it for over 7 years now. The app started out slow, but safe and secure! Each time I made a request, like adding Google Pay, or making it easier to deposit checks, they came through with all our requests! I love my Bank/Credit Union and I love their app! 5 STARS!!
