First time using app, it seems to make my everything on my phone extremely laggy when using it or having it run in the background. Never seen any app do this before. Also no support contact options or any ways to dispute bills as advertised on the Genesis website...

Great app, except for the most important information like your actual invoice and account balance, which is NEVER correct or up-to-date. For instance, today the app shows I'm in credit, so I called to request a refund only to be told my ACTUAL balance was less!
