2025-02-03	GEORGE CHARARAS (EyeInTheSky)	Don't use this app, you will get a fine anyway and they don't provide support at all. Useless service. Although there is an option to inform them about the fine, that eventually you will get even if you have paid for the parking and their fee, their reply is that they cannot help of cancelling the unreasonable fine.
2025-01-30	Maximilian Katholnig	App calculates a wrong price for parking in Brno zone C. With the old app, 8 hours are calculated at a price of 30czk per hour, including the first hour as free as 210 CZK, the new app was recommended by the old one but it calculated a price of 241.50 for 7hrs 59 minutes. Furthermore, it wanted me to pay when I select times that are free of charge for parking during the day (residential area, only from 5 pm to 6 am parking has to be paid). This is a rip off
2025-01-30	Catherine The Great	I was using this app well. It seems easy to use and available in the places I needed it. However, wait until you get a fine from the authorities and then realise how they will blame you for the ticket, even when you have done everything correctly. Zero stars from me. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone I like.
2025-01-22	John Hyland	The app is easy to use and definitely helpful. Sadly the company that run it are mercenary - always check the prices to pay using the carpark machine. The markup to use the app can be 30% or greater, which is beyond unreasonable for a transaction that costs them almost nothing to do. They also don't allow you to run multiple cards without your business signing up to a business account, which is infuriating. Use it, but he wary. Easy park are jerks, but they make a decent app.
2025-01-15	Ines Gomes	Great app, very simple to use and love that you can add (and remove) another vehicle - have tried and works great. Have been using it in Perth, WA for the past 2 months or so with no hiccups. Just recently noticed this app is available in other countries where I frequently travel to in Europe (super convenient!) and can also be used for indoor parking at carparks that accept camera parking (regardless of what carpark organisation manages it) as long as one is happy with an additional fee.
2024-12-23	Dimitris Roukoudis	Terrible customer service! They completely shove you off and deny any responsibility when something goes wrong and you get a fine! I always trusted the map on the app for the availability of a parking spot. The spot I parked and got a fine in the end was shown on the map of the app as perfectly safe and available! That spot was absolutely forbidden to park and they know nothing of course... Don't trust the app people they will give you up in the end! Never even got my money back! Disappointment
2024-12-21	Angelo V Russo	Same issue as the previous reviewer. was working well before the latest update, I now have notification madness on garmin watch. A continuous loop of notifications that wont stop, every second......Had to turn off notification alerts. Update: They fixed the issue within a couple of days, rating now 5 stars.
2024-12-16	Deniz Dağlı	The app sometimes suggests irrelevant parking areas (with incorrect area codes) while the correct one(s) does not even appear among the list of available options. Completely unaware of the issue, learnt my lesson the hard way. Got a fine last weekend due to this and am still pissed off. Somehow you've managed to create an app that got me fined just because I happened to use it. You should be really proud of your accomplishment. You guys really have a special place in my heart.
2024-12-05	Martin Pscheidl	The user experience is a nightmare. I can't see the ongoing tickets. When I find them the characters are so small that I can't read them. Device settings for character size get ignored. No reminder for open tickets.
2024-12-04	David Hlouch	Overall a usable app. A BIG issue to us is the automatic setting of a currency based on the phone language setting - without an option to manually change this, all receipts are issued by the app in a currency based on a guess - in many cases a wrong one. The outcome are charges in foreign currency and, obviously, receipts issued in a currency not default in our region.
