Don't use this app, you will get a fine anyway and they don't provide support at all. Useless service. Although there is an option to inform them about the fine, that eventually you will get even if you have paid for the parking and their fee, their reply is that they cannot help of cancelling the unreasonable fine.

I was using this app well. It seems easy to use and available in the places I needed it. However, wait until you get a fine from the authorities and then realise how they will blame you for the ticket, even when you have done everything correctly. Zero stars from me. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone I like.
