| 2023-01-25 |  |  | Please beware everyone! I have had a recent delivery which was sent to shopping box by DHL and sign for by a person at the delivery location. Shopping box MGT has said they didn't receive the item. DHL claim they have a signature - Shopping Box claims it's not them. You as the customer basically loose. You pay for something and don't get it. The proposed explanation from shopping box mgt was someone out the front of their property must have signed for it and walked off. |

They refused to consolidate into one box and will charge me per item then received. 3 pairs of socks delivered in 1 package I bought for $9 will cost me $11.98 by air and $5.98 by sea!!! There are better and cheaper service out there! |
| 2020-03-27 | | | Usually they deliver on time HOWEVER they apparently suspended their Burbank facility when I checked their fb but it is too late because I already have a delivery on its way. They did not send out emails or notify their customers properly. Mind you, posting Facebook is not the proper way as jot everyone checks your page regularly. I also cannot get hold of their customer service. |
