Please beware everyone! I have had a recent delivery which was sent to shopping box by DHL and sign for by a person at the delivery location. Shopping box MGT has said they didn't receive the item. DHL claim they have a signature - Shopping Box claims it's not them. You as the customer basically loose. You pay for something and don't get it. The proposed explanation from shopping box mgt was someone out the front of their property must have signed for it and walked off.
