This app/service are not intuitive, user friendly, or functional. Each time you need to change a document, they add another. You'll be fighting for your life, just trying to complete a quick upload document. Identity verification is unnecessarily impossible. I despise this app and service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE APP. Keeps crashing, will not allow youy to download to a computer or laptop. Restsrts endlessly in aloop that never ends and when you try again, it goes back to the same error message. Simply frustrating and not fit for human consumption. I wish there was an alternative, but I have to have this to link my records. I am lost in space! No help desk and no one to reach out to. Very, VERY bad App.
