App was great at the start but now when I need it the most it is stuck on the loading screen and won't load so I can see my codes as I can't even see the codes I have no other way into certain accounts causing me a lot of trouble in my line of work tried emailing support no reply and I am running the latest version which was suggested no good

Cant get into my Facebook acc because Facebook is sending codes to this app and when im going to the app for the code its just stuck on a loading screen with no code
