I order my daily coffee at Frankies through the app without issue. However, I was gifted an egift voucher in November and unable to load it. Since November I have made contact via the help and support in the app a number of times. Absolutely no response. I have called and text several times 0448000246, the number provided to me as bopple contact, with absolutely NO response at all. I'm not okay to forfeit a $100 gift.

keep getting errors such as access restricted to content errors, can't order using it, piece of rubbish programmers can't even get handling internet connectivity right.
