Worst customer service. My experience in Lithuania: I feel like 80-90% of all couriers are immigrants. So they always have trouble delivering food. Other thing is that they can't speak Lithuanian, so they demand to talk with them in English. Almost all the time they ask you to pick the food yourself instead actually going to the address provided. So all you end up with is an order which is not delivered, then refunded to you, just to order again and for whole process to fail once again. Terrible

Since last update when you added the option to specify flat number, staircase, apartment and entry code, all the couriers are confused and missed the entry code and always has to call me. My entry code is different than apartment number but it is specified clearly. Can you highlight entry code better in order to avoid confusions. Before this update everything was ok.
