I have an active subscription but the app says I need to renew my subscription. I clicked on renew but then I get an error message saying I already have a subscription. The app refuses to let me load maps or do any other paid fumctions. Of course no one uses boats on the weekend so why would Garmin have support on the weekend? WORTHLESS! UPDATE... customer support said they couldn't fix the problem and said to pay for a second subscription and refused to credit me for my current subscription!!!!

I agree with other reviewers regarding price increase and the incontinuity of data from one phone to the next. I paid for the old navionics app and had good access to all of the features. I get that they've added features since 8+years ago but I would guess that most people just use it for reviewing depths and finding general spots they want to try without the need to sit in their boat. Map data didn't transfer to the new phone so I'm SOL.
