| 2022-05-21 |  | | Worst customer service. I have ordered my air cooler on 2nd may in vadapalani branch, they have billed it along with a gift package of pressure cooker(1500). They said to me due to stock unavailability of cooker it will be delivered once the stock comes. Till now I didn't get that. If unavailability of stock at that time why that should be billed. Frustrated with the behaviour of salesperson. I would recommend all to check if there is any availability of gift package before making payment. |

| 2020-10-09 |  | | While taking a product using service refund coupon they are cheating. They billing with the product price, if there is an excess amount. They wouldn't give. After a month they purchase a product for that excess amount. I faced this one, I asked to that showroom manager , he simply said billing person entered ur number wrongly. This is cheap behaviour. Dnt buy any products in sathya showrooms. My kind request, because you may face like this. I want to talk to sathiya officials regarding this. |
