Worst customer service. I have ordered my air cooler on 2nd may in vadapalani branch, they have billed it along with a gift package of pressure cooker(1500). They said to me due to stock unavailability of cooker it will be delivered once the stock comes. Till now I didn't get that. If unavailability of stock at that time why that should be billed. Frustrated with the behaviour of salesperson. I would recommend all to check if there is any availability of gift package before making payment.
