| 2025-01-26 |  |  | 9 out of 10 times, the drivers are not available, even if you book a week in advance. Don't make your plans based on EziDrive unless you want to ruin it. I ended up taking an Ola/Uber many times. Secondly, the representatives are not trained. They need multiple reminders to do a job. If you need to modify a booking, you'll need to call them multiple times to check why it wasn't done. Some drivers are good but some are very rude and annoying. I met two drivers who could not even drive properly. |

I recently travelled to Gokarna (and Murdeshwar) from Bangalore, the trip is still haunting me due to the worst experience I had with the driver. The driver was super talkative and psychopath in nature. Either he was driving like crazy on the highway (Appx 160-180 km/hr in speed) or talked to much and was driving just 20-30 km/hr. In either case he wasn't listening to us. This pathetic app is NOT customer friendly at all. |

Drivers are "very good 90%" of the time. they arrive on or before time, drive well, are polite and helpful even. After much back and forth, I got the issues fixed in the app. Then the 1st time we booked a driver, he called 15min before pick-up time and said he will be at least 20 min late from the pick-up time... the customer care executive was so unprofessional, I told her I'll be late fro an appointment if driver arrives late and she says no other option !! I said in that case, cancel it, she said OKAY in such a nonchalant manner! WOW |
